We offer some adult swim courses each season, on two different levels:

• Nybörjare: Be able to swim (be able to swim 200 meters and be safe in deep water)
• Fortsättning: Be able to swim 25 meters regular crawl with continuous breathing

Each course involves eight training sessions. Each session is 45 minutes. All courses are held at Lilla Åbybadet in Mölndal.

Are you interested in learning crawl? Have a look at out booking page. Under the tab Vuxencrawl (only visible if there are groups available) you can see the courses and groups we are offering at the moment. The fee for one course is 1100 kr* (a member fee of 200 kr is added if not paid before).
